Camps
Who can participate?
All camps are open for children ages 4 (potty-trained and able to use the restroom independently) to 12 years old. Full amount due upon registration. Your child does NOT have to be an experienced ninja or gymnast to participate.
Where will camp take place?
NinjaZone camps will take place at the Rising Starz 2 location between Plato’s Closet & Home Goods
Hours & Pricing
Full Day - $80 9am-3:00pm (students bring their own packed lunch)
Half Day - $50 9am-12pm
*A late pick-up fee will incur a $10.00 charge for every 30 minutes a child is waiting to be picked up.
How will the campers spend their time?
Camps will include many different kinds of activities including but not limited to:
Various gymnastics/tumbling/acro circuits Sports Skills
NinjaZone – Parkour, Gymnastics, Tricking, Warrior Crafts
Group activities Games
What to Wear
For the optimal experience, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in, and a change of clothes, just in case. Please label all your child’s belongings, including any bags they may bring in. All children MUST bring a full water bottle each day that has their name on it.

Discipline
We do have a policy in place that addresses behavioral and disciplinary issues. Please ask us for details if this is a concern. We do not tolerate bullying, bad language, aggression toward anyone, unwillingness to follow safety rules or disrespect to coaches.
Cancellation Policy
Camp cancellations may be made 30 in advance from the start date of the event for a full refund or account credit.
Cancellations made between 2-4 weeks prior to the start date may be eligible for a 50% camp fee refund.

Cancellations made after 2 weeks prior to the start date will not be refunded unless it is a special circumstance or previously discussed situation.

There are no make-ups for camps. This applies to our holiday break camps, school closure camps, spring break, and summer camps. Exceptions due to extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the event of an emergency, cancellation due to severe medical issues or illness, we reserve the right to request a doctor’s note. 
Any day camp requires a 24-hour notice to withdraw. A 50% refund will be credited to your account.
We reserve the right to cancel a camp due to low enrollment. Cancellation decisions will be made 3 days prior to the scheduled camp start date. If it is necessary to cancel, you will be promptly contacted by email and you will receive a refund within 7 days of notification.
In the event of a government-mandated closure, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid.
Snacks
We will have snack time once in the morning and once in the afternoon. If you worry that your child may have specific snack needs or tastes, please send them with their own snack and be sure our staff is aware ahead of time that they have their own snack. Snacks will always be nut-free. Any snacks brought from home should also be nut-free.
Registration
In order to provide enough coaches for a given day, registration is recommended a week in advance. Camp fees are due at the time of registration. If you need to miss camp due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide special accommodations. We cannot make accommodations with less than 24 hours notice.
